To keep your yard looking its best year round, we’ll monitor your garden beds, check for irrigation leaks and water run-offs -it’s the small details that maintain the health and beauty of your plants and lawn.

Mowing should occur weekly throughout the spring and summer season
averaging 28 cuts per season – pending weather/precipitation)

  • Recommended height for lawnmower blade is 3″ – 3 1 /2″

  • Seeding or sod installs are suggested for areas where grass has turned brown or is not growing in a healthy manner
    (We would recommend fall, early spring, or both for best results)

  • Fertilization and weed control programs are recommended to maintain a healthy lawn. We offer a wide range of gardening services including

Weeding & Fertilization 

For most lawns, applying fertilizer Once, twice or even three times a year is enough to keep your grass green and healthy. Precisely when you apply fertilizer depends partly on your climate, but mostly on the type of grass you have. The key is to fertilize during the season when your grass is doing the most growing.

Aerating

When Aerating the  hollow tines mechanically removes plugs or "cores" of soil and thatch from a lawn. Core aeration reduces soil compaction, creating a channel through which oxygen, water, and nutrients can penetrate into the soil. 

Thatching

Simply put, thatching is the layer of dead grass, roots, and debris that accumulates between the soil surface and the green grass blades above. Over time, it forms a thick mat, hindering water and air from reaching the soil and providing an environment that can encourage pests and diseases and by us at high-altitude thatching your lawn decreases theses chances.
